Chinese President Xi Jinping said that China is willing to consolidate and develop a closer development partnership with India. He made the remarks while meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the 10th BRICS summit in Johannesburg, South Africa. It was their third meeting in three months.
